Our Team

Set up in December 2005, the NPAC has steadily shown itself to be a preferred location for arbitrations, mediations and company meetings. We currently have the following team available at the centre to work with you in any way possible. Do feel free to contact us for any information that you need which is not obvious on the website.

We would like very much for members of our community to use our centre on the excellent facilities that we currently have. Located in the heart of Mylapore, and with ample car parking spaces, we are a desirable geographical location as well.

Dr.J.Durgalakshmi
Registrar

Dr.J.Durgalakshmi, our Registrar is a Doctorate holder with extensive experience in the field of education. She runs educational courses in arbitration, conducts seminars and conferences, raises visibility by speaking at meetings and meeting companies to explain what institutional arbitration can provide and how it can be of benefit.
She manages the centre by providing assistance in arbitration matters and also ensures that the arbitration proceedings are conducted without any discrepencies. She also manages institutional arbitration matters, ensuring procedural practices are correctly followed. She is very committed in promoting arbitration as the future civilized alternative dispute resolver.

Accountant: Ms.Sumathi

Ms.Sumathi, B.Com graduate, has a wide experience in accounts for more than 22 years. She takes care of the accounts of the office by invoicing, balancing the books, maintaining the records and other administrative duties. She also provides assistance in the internal affairs of the centre.

Administrator: Ms.R. Jaya

Ms. R. Jaya, experienced in managerial skills is a friendly and approachable person, who handles the regular workings of NPAC. She takes care of Hall bookings and provides administration support for conducting the Arbitration courses, conferences, meetings etc. and also spreading the wings of the NPAC to other regions. She takes interest in mending good external liaison of the centre.

Catering: Mr.V.Raja Desingh

Charged with running our canteen facility, Desingh has been with the organization from the very beginning. He will reliably ensure that clients’ refreshments needs are met.
